1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Node Studio website, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

Node Studio provides workshop management software for automotive businesses in Singapore, including tools for managing customer enquiries, job tracking, quotes, and team coordination. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You must be authorised to act on behalf of the workshop or business you register.
• You may not share account access with unauthorised users.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some Services require payment of fees. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and pricing are described at signup or in your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the Services without permission

You retain ownership of any customer, vehicle, and business data you enter into the Services. You grant Node Studio a limited licence to use that data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Node Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Node Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these terms or for other reasonable business reasons. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
