Data Deletion Policy

1. Your right to deletion

At Node Studio, we respect your right to control your data. If you are a workshop customer, vehicle owner, or authorised account holder, you can request that we delete personal data we hold about you or that your workshop has stored through our platform.

2. What you can request

You may ask us to:

• Delete your account and all associated workshop data
• Remove a specific customer's personal information
• Remove vehicle records linked to a specific individual
• Delete contact history, messages, or uploaded media
• Export your data before deletion, where applicable

3. How to request deletion

Send your deletion request to hello@gearstudio.cc from the email address associated with your Node Studio account. Please include:

• The workshop or account name
• The email address or phone number linked to the data
• A clear description of what you want deleted
• Any relevant record IDs, vehicle numbers, or customer names

4. Processing time

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion, or inform you of any issues, within 30 days unless local law requires a different timeline.

5. Data we may retain

In some cases we may need to keep certain records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum time necessary and will not be used for marketing or unrelated purposes.

6. Third-party services

Node Studio integrates with messaging and cloud hosting providers. While we delete data within our systems, some providers may retain logs or backups under their own retention policies. We work only with providers that offer reasonable data protection and deletion capabilities.
